- Experience working with young children preferred
Why here
Our teachers stay. The average teacher has been with us more than five years, which is unusual in this field and probably tells you more about the place than anything else on this page.
Every employee is offered medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, reduced tuition if your own child attends the center, and paid training.
We back people who want to go further. Some of our teachers have gone on to public and charter school classrooms after finishing a degree, and we are glad to have had a hand in getting them there. If teaching is a career for you and not just a job, this is a good place to build it.
