Pre-K1 picks up where Early Learners leaves off and adds a second goal alongside Kindergarten readiness: self dependence. Children are encouraged to take more responsibility for their own day as they work toward the Pre-K2 room.
Our curriculum is developed in house and runs through every classroom at a level suited to the age of the room. In Pre-K1 that covers reading, writing, math, science, social studies, the arts, language and communication, physical development and technology — taught through the learning centers and hands-on work the preschool rooms are built around.
The daily routine stays structured, with physical activities, quiet time, group and individual activities, meals, snacks and free play, and sixteen children to two teachers.
Lesson plans, a posted daily schedule and samples of your child’s work mean you can see exactly how the day was spent.
